Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Blanket
Carefully fold your blanket and place it in the original packaging or a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
